Christian Buehner was born on the 1st of February, 1959, in Munich,  Germany. He first wrote music for a television production at the age of 14. Up until he was 20, he also worked as an actor in several TV productions.

While the TV work was going on Christian was working in another area - studio recording. At age 17 he had signed his first contract as a pop singer,
starting his career with the German version of the Bee Gees song "Saturday Night Fever." It was during this period that he built his first professional 24-track music studio.

In 1981 he released his first new-age record, together with Suzanne Doucet.

In 1983, "Transformation" and "Transmission" were released in the USA.
Since then, Christian has released many tapes for healing and meditation, as well as several more new-age recordings.

Since 1984, he has been composing and post-producing the music and sound for hundreds of children's shows on German public TV.

In 1986, he created his first movie soundtrack; it was for a documentary on Tibet entitled "The Old Ladakh." Other movie soundtracks were
made in the years following.

In 1992, Christian began producing music-clips
and meditative videos in his own video studio.

The new music duo "onemind" was founded with Julien B. in 1995. They have been producing pop music and videos with a spiritual basis, plus meditative music and videos.

In 1999, Christian has released a deeply meditative CD with Julien B.  entitled "In Satsang". They refer to this as "silent music," indicating its depth and stillness. 1999 also brings the release of a pop music project by "onemind," featuring Isaac & Kali Shapiro, entitled "OM Shanti."
